Following a period of strategic planning, the outdated office space was restructured into modern, adaptable workspaces. A large rental area was reorganized to create smaller units for different tenants in order to meet the increasing demand for compact and flexible workspaces. The newly developed concept is based on the future-oriented values of mobility and flexibility. Thanks to this modernization, the premises were successfully rented within a very short time.
